How do I earn points?
Members receive one point for every pre-tax dollar spent, on all qualifying purchases (excluding gift card purchases) in our retail stores and in-store pick-up orders placed on MedMen.com. It may take up to 24 hours for points to be added to your account after a purchase has been made.
How can I use my rewards?
Rewards may be combined and are redeemable at all participating MedMen stores and on MedMen.com on products and apparel, except when noted. Rewards have no cash value and may not be used toward the purchase of a gift card or redeemed in partial increments.
Do my points expire?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date you joined. If you shop anytime within your membership year, your account becomes active and you will have an additional 12 months to accumulate points for redemption.
Do my rewards expire?
Unredeemed rewards will expire 60 days from the date of issue. We’ll send you an email reminder in the event your rewards are about to expire.
Where can I find my points and rewards?
Any store associate can look up your rewards account in-store. You will also receive rewards balance emails detailing what you’ve earned.
Who is eligible to join?
Membership is free to legal U.S. residents 21 years of age and older or U.S. residents 18 years and older with a medical card.
* MedMen Buds is currently available in participating MedMen stores in California (West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, DTLA, Venice Beach - Lincoln Blvd, Venice - Abbot Kinney, LAX, Santa Ana, San Diego - Kearney Mesa, and San Diego - Sorrento Valley, San Jose), Florida (West Palm Beach), and Arizona (all stores.)
What are qualifying purchases?
Points are earned on all purchases with the exception of gift cards, other merchandise as noted for special promotions or purchases you made prior to joining the program. Points earned from a purchase that is later returned will be deducted from your account at the time of the return.
Why haven't I received my reward yet?
Rewards are issued within 24 hours from a qualifying purchase. 200 points will automatically be deducted from your points balance once you earn your reward. You will receive an email notification when the award is posted to your account.
