Yes, MedMen offers online ordering for in-store pickup or delivery at select MedMen locations. You can browse our menu at each store location, and place on order online from one of our MedMen menus. In states where cannabis is recreational, like California and Nevada, all you need is a valid government issued photo ID and be 21 years old. In states that are medical only, you will be required to provide a state specific issued "medical card" and a physician's recommendation.

Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment. By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals.
Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water.
Proposition 65 requires California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. This list, which must be updated at least once a year, has grown to include approximately 900 chemicals since it was first published in 1987.
Proposition 65 became law in November 1986, when California voters approved it by a 63-37 percent margin. The official name of Proposition 65 is the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Please refer to the State's website for more information.

MedMen rewards embers receive one point for every pre-tax dollar spent, on all qualifying purchases (excluding gift card purchases) in participating retail stores in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Florida, or online orders for pick-up (where available) and delivery (where available) placed on MedMen.com.
Rewards may be combined and are redeemable at all participating MedMen stores and on MedMen.com on products and apparel, except when noted. Rewards have no cash value and may not be used toward the purchase of a gift card or redeemed in partial increments.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date you joined. If you shop anytime within your membership year, your account becomes active and you will have an additional 12 months to accumulate points for redemption.
Unredeemed rewards will expire 60 days from the date of issue. We'll send you an email reminder in the event your rewards are about to expire.
Any store associate can look up your rewards account in-store. You will also receive rewards balance emails detailing what you've earned.

Points are earned on all purchases with the exception gift cards, other merchandise as noted for special promotions or purchases you made prior to joining the program. Points earned from a purchase that is later returned will be deducted from your account at the time of the return.
Points are issued within 24 hours from a qualifying purchase. 200 points will automatically be deducted from your points balance once you earn each reward. You will receive an email notification when the award is posted to your account.

MedMen will exchange damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories up to seven (7) days after purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, any damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories must be accompanied by the original receipt. All non-damaged cannabis product or cannabis-related accessories sales are final. MedMen will only accept exchanges at the MedMen store from which the damaged or defective products were originally purchased. All exchanges shall be at the discretion of MedMen. Refunds are not permitted.
MedMen will accept unworn merchandise for exchange up to fourteen (14) days after purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, Merchandise must be in suitable condition for resale with original tags attached and must be accompanied by an original receipt. Sale items are final and may not be exchanged. MedMen will only accept exchanges of unworn merchandise at the MedMen store from which the merchandise was originally purchased. All exchanges shall be at the discretion of MedMen. Refunds are not permitted.

Yes! MedMen Delivery customers earn points for MedMen rewards with every order because every order qualifies. A delivery order is just like an in-store purchase, where you will earn 1 point for ever $1 spent (pre-tax).
Our employees are required to wash their hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Additionally, they are instructed to avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. Should they cough or sneeze, they have been instructed to cover their mouths with a tissue or use the inside of their elbow and wash their hands. They are to deposit this tissue into the trash immediately.
On top of frequent hand washing, our employees will be using hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol; covering all surfaces of their hands before rubbing until dry. Hand sanitizer is provided in-store for all customers.
Every 30 minutes, we’re cleaning and disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces including doorknobs, counter tops, ATM machines, debit card terminals, iPads, bud pods, and our point of sale terminals. We’re also cleaning workspaces frequently including the break rooms, restrooms, and our sales floor.
Customers are asked to call the store when they are safely parked in front of the store (within 25 feet to the right or left of the store’s front door) or the store parking lot.

Created to help promote safe social distancing measures, this feature allows our store associates to communicate via SMS with our customers. It provides an estimated wait time and let’s them know when they can be admitted into the store.
If there is a line when you arrive at the door, you will be added to the waitlist by a store associate. Your personal information will be verified at check-in and the store associate will provide you with an estimated wait time. You will receive a SMS message directly to your phone, which advises your estimated wait time and rank in the line.
Another SMS is sent by the store associate when they are able to accommodate you. Once you arrive back at the store, a store associate will ask for your ID for verification purposes.
The store will send multiple SMS reminders to return to the store. You will be able to enter as the next person.
Yes, online pick-up orders will receive priority. Upon arrival at the store, please make sure to let the store associate know that you’ve placed an online pick-up order.
