Can I order online at MedMen dispensaries? 

Yes, MedMen offers online ordering for in-store pickup or delivery at select MedMen locations. You can browse our menu at each store location, and place on order online from one of our MedMen menus. Every one of our MedMen dispensary locations have a menu for you to browse before you place your order.

Can you ship to my state/house? 

Since cannabis has not been legalized at the federal level, we are unable to ship products. We'd love to see you in one of our stores, click the link to see our MedMen locations or browse our menus online at MedMen.com.

What do I need to shop at a MedMen marijuana dispensary? 

In states where cannabis is recreational, like California and Nevada, all you need is a valid government issued photo ID and be 21 years old. In states that are medical only, you will be required to provide a state specific issued "medical card" and a physician's recommendation.

Can I exchange a defective product at MedMen dispensaries?

A defective product must be returned/exchanged at the store in which it was purchased. Please email customer.service@medmen.com  and we'll be happy to assist you. For more information on our exchange policies, please refer to the Exchange Policy section at the bottom of this page.

Can I see a MedMen Menu online? Do you have my products in-stock?

Do we store customer information? If so, what do you do with the info?

How do I know my MedMen products are safe?

We care about quality and how that benefits you. It’s our practice to have all MedMen products in all states where there is a MedMen to receive full panel testing, which confirms that our products are safe for patient consumption. Since day one, we have tested all our products for potency and to the highest standards for solvents, heavy metals, pesticides, microbials, mycotoxins, and foreign materials.

What exactly is full panel testing?

Full panel testing examines if the cannabis product is safe for human consumption – covering not only just potency, but also to ensure that they meet the requirements for safe human consumption by not exceeding the maximum allowed limit of solvents, heavy metals, pesticides, microbials, mycotoxins, and foreign materials. MedMen is and will be here for you with a guarantee that all products in our stores are safe for your consumption across California, Nevada, Florida, Illinois and New York.

Can I travel with cannabis?

Since cannabis is not legal at the federal level, you cannot take product outside of the state in which it was purchased.

What is the return policy on gift cards?

All gift card purchases are FINAL and except where required by law, gift cards may not be redeemed for cash.

Do MedMen gift cards expire?

Gift Cards contain no expiration date.

MEDMEN REWARDS FAQ | MedMen Buds:
How do I earn MedMen Buds Rewards points?

MedMen rewards embers receive one point for every pre-tax dollar spent, on all qualifying purchases (excluding gift card purchases) in participating retail stores in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Florida, or online orders for pick-up (where available) and delivery (where available) placed on MedMen.com.

How can I use my MedMen rewards? 

Rewards may be combined and are redeemable at all participating MedMen stores and on MedMen.com on products and apparel, except when noted. Rewards have no cash value and may not be used toward the purchase of a gift card or redeemed in partial increments.  

Do my MedMen rewards points expire?

Points are valid for 12 months from the date you joined. If you shop anytime within your membership year, your account becomes active and you will have an additional 12 months to accumulate points for redemption.  

Do my MedMen rewards expire?

Unredeemed rewards will expire 60 days from the date of issue. We'll send you an email reminder in the event your rewards are about to expire.  

Where can I find my MedMen rewards points balance?

Any store associate can look up your rewards account in-store. You will also receive rewards balance emails detailing what you've earned. 

Who is eligible to join the MedMen Rewards program?

Membership is free and open to legal U.S. residents 21 years of age and older or U.S. residents 18 years and older with a medical card. 

* MedMen Buds is currently available in participating MedMen stores in California, Nevada, Florida, and Arizona.

What are qualifying purchases?

Points are earned on all purchases with the exception gift cards, other merchandise as noted for special promotions or purchases you made  prior  to joining the program.  Points earned from a purchase that is later returned will be deducted from your account at the time of the return.  

Why haven't I received my points yet?

Points are issued within 24 hours from a qualifying purchase. 200 points will automatically be deducted from your points balance once you earn each reward. You will receive an email notification when the award is posted to your account. 

How do you use my personal information?

How do I cancel my membership?

MEDMEN EXCHANGE POLICY:
Cannabis Product Exchange Policy

MedMen will exchange damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories up to seven (7) days after purchase.  To be eligible for an exchange, any damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories must be accompanied by the original receipt.  All non-damaged cannabis product or cannabis-related accessories sales are final.  MedMen will only accept exchanges at the MedMen store from which the damaged or defective products were originally purchased.  All exchanges shall be at the discretion of MedMen. Refunds are not permitted. 

MedMen Merchandise Exchange Policy

MedMen will accept unworn merchandise for exchange up to fourteen (14) days after purchase.  To be eligible for an exchange, Merchandise must be in suitable condition for resale with original tags attached and must be accompanied by an original receipt.  Sale items are final and may not be exchanged. MedMen will only accept exchanges of unworn merchandise at the MedMen store from which the merchandise was originally purchased.  All exchanges shall be at the discretion of MedMen.  Refunds are not permitted.

MEDMEN CURBSIDE PICKUP FAQ:
How are MedMen employees taking sanitary hygiene precautions?

Our employees are required to wash their hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Additionally, they are instructed to avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. Should they cough or sneeze, they have been instructed to cover their mouths with a tissue or use the inside of their elbow and wash their hands. They are to deposit this tissue into the trash immediately.

On top of frequent hand washing, our employees will be using hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol; covering all surfaces of their hands before rubbing until dry. Hand sanitizer is provided in-store for all customers.

What safety measures are MedMen applying in-store?

Every 30 minutes, we’re cleaning and disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces including doorknobs, counter tops, ATM machines, debit card terminals, iPads, bud pods, and our point of sale terminals. We’re also cleaning workspaces frequently including the break rooms, restrooms, and our sales floor.

Where should I park?

Customers are asked to call the store when they are safely parked in front of the store (within 25 feet to the right or left of the store’s front door) or the store parking lot.

What should I do if I can’t find a spot out front?

Call the store and let us know that you have arrived. Due to traffic laws, we are unable to complete a transaction while you are double parked. We will call you back when someone is standing outside with your bag and ready to check you out.

Do I have to get out of the car?

No. Upon pulling up an associate will approach the car, get your name and bring your order to you.

How do I pay?

You’ll have to present a valid ID and either a debit card or cash. Debit cards will be run through a handheld POS cash register.

WAITLIST SERVICE FAQs
What is waitlist service?

Created to help promote safe social distancing measures, this feature allows our store associates to communicate via SMS with our customers. It provides an estimated wait time and let’s them know when they can be admitted into the store.  

How does it work? 

If there is a line when you arrive at the door, you will be added to the waitlist by a store associate. Your personal information will be verified at check-in and the store associate will provide you with an estimated wait time. You will receive a SMS message directly to your phone, which advises your estimated wait time and rank in the  line. 

Another SMS is sent by the store associate when they are able to accommodate you. Once you arrive back at the store, a store  associate will ask for your ID for verification purposes.

Can I lose my place in line? 

The store will send multiple SMS reminders to return to the store. You will be able to enter as the next person. 

If I’ve placed an online pick-up order will I have priority in line?

Yes, online pick-up orders will receive priority. Upon arrival at the store, please make sure to let the store  associate know that you’ve placed an online pick-up order.

What’s a MedMen Cannasseur? 

They’re your personal cannabis concierge with expert knowledge on everything from individualized product recommendations to cannabis education to product drops and restocks. All of our Cannasseurs receive expert training through workshops and seminars with leading industry and internal experts. They can guide you, advise you and answer all your questions about which products to buy, based on what you need.

What happens during a MedMen Cannasseur appointment? 

Our Cannasseurs care about your cannabis journey. During your appointment, the Cannasseur can answer any questions you have and will ask you questions about your experience level, product preferences, and what effects you are looking for when you use cannabis. Based on your discussion, they will make a personalized product recommendation for you.

How do I make an appointment?

  2. Receive a confirmation text when your order is ready.

  3. Receive another text with your designated pick-up time.

Note: You can only order during hours of operation or until the order queue fills up for the day. If it’s filled, please try again at 10 a.m. the following day as final order times may vary based on store traffic.
