Red Jacket Orientation

The Red Jacket Orientation is MedMen’s immersive onboarding program. New hires learn about the history of the company, the cannabis industry and even shadow hospitality associates at a retail location. The program concludes with a graduation ceremony where new team members are awarded their official red jacket.

 

Red Jacket Giving

MedMen is committed to creating a safer, healthier and happier world and that begins with the communities we serve. Through the “We Care” program, all employees, including hospitality associates, have monthly paid time off for volunteer efforts. This is just one way in which employees can directly impact the perception of a responsible cannabis organization.

Red Jacket Equity

Success has been a collective effort at MedMen since its founding. This effort paid off when MedMen made history in 2018 as the first American cannabis company to go public on the CSE.

Red Jacket Equity is a stock option incentive program created to celebrate this success, and give every employee, at every location, at every level the opportunity to become an owner.

MedMen is a proud partner of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union. UFCW and MedMen crafted one of the most competitive collective bargaining agreements in the cannabis industry and continually combine efforts to expand responsible cannabis regulations across the country to support cannabis workers.
