We're Hosting Free Workout Classes

It's the first official week of the new decade and you're ready to make good on those wellness resolutions. You've already incorporated a healthy, chill smoothie into your breakfast routine and now it's time to add a consistent exercise routine. If you've ever been curious about some of LA's most popular workout studios, we have you covered. Throughout the next two months we've partnered up with the likes of Box Union, Lit Method, Cycle House, and more to offer free classes. Sign up through our Buds Concierge program and you'll also get hooked up with a goodie bag plus we'll have other surprises as well.

If you're into spinning: Cycle House

Sunday, January 12: 11 a.m. Hell Week Battle Ride with Nichelle + Aaron

If you want to try rowing: LIT Method

Sunday, January 12: 1 p.m. LIT Signature class

Sunday, January 19: 1 p.m. LIT Signature class

If you need to punch it out: Box Union Robertson

Saturday, January 11: 10:30 a.m., Box Union 45 minute class with Tara

Saturday, January 25: 9:30 a.m., Box Union 45 minute class with Justin

If you want to tone and meditate: Oraya Movement

Sunday, January 19: 3:30-6:00 p.m., Mind, Body, Soul Event (yoga, pilates, and breath work)

If you want a good stretch: Sweat Yoga

Every Sunday night we'll be sponsoring a yin class at all 4 studios through the end of February.
