The Ultimate Caramel-Covered Popcorn

BY ADAM SALANDRA

Caramel-covered popcorn is the perfect snack, thanks to its beautiful blend of sweet and salty. But just when you think it couldn’t get any better, we’re adding 10mg of THC per serving. Get ready to transport yourself back to your childhood, but with a tantalizing adult twist. Good luck not eating the whole bowl!

The innovative culinary team at Coda Signature give us their delicious must-have fall popcorn recipe below.

CARAMEL COVERED POPCORN
Serving Size 1 bowl of popcorn, 10mg THC per serving

INGREDIENTS

  • Microwave popcorn

  • 1 Coda Signature Caramel & Corn chocolate bar, 100mg THC (available at MedMen)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Microwave popcorn as instructed on bag

  2. Gently melt the Caramel & Corn chocolate bar in a heat proof glass bowl in the microwave in 15 second intervals until melted and smooth

  3. Retrieve 10 small bowls or popcorn buckets and evenly distribute the popcorn into each bowl

  4. Drizzle the blonde chocolate over the cooked popcorn and shake to thoroughly coat each piece, allowing for 6.6 grams (or 1 ⅓ teaspoon) of chocolate per bowl, share with friends!
